1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Williams Connect Plus website, member portal, or any of our coordinated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
2. The platform and what it provides
Williams Connect Plus is a property support and maintenance coordination platform operated by Williams Property Services Group. We connect property owners, investors, sales agent partners, and local business vendors to a vetted network of service providers across New Zealand. Williams Connect Plus coordinates and facilitates services on your behalf — individual services are delivered by third-party providers within our network, under their own applicable licences, qualifications, and insurance.
3. Terms for property owners
Bookings made through the platform are coordinated on your behalf with a vetted provider from our network. The Book It and Bank It programme allows members to earn Connect Points on eligible bookings, including a welcome bonus on joining — current point values, eligible services, and any expiry conditions are set out in the Book It and Bank It programme terms available through your member portal, and may be updated from time to time. Launch and promotional offers are subject to their own advertised conditions and may be withdrawn or amended with reasonable notice.
4. Terms for sales agent partners
The Partner Programme is free to join for eligible sales agents, with no membership fees. Partner benefits — including access to property intelligence and warm relationships with connected owners — are provided on the basis set out in your Partner Programme agreement, accepted when you apply. We reserve the right to review Partner Programme eligibility and to update programme terms from time to time.
5. Terms for vendors
Local businesses that join as vendors do so on the basis of the vendor agreement accepted at the time of application. Any fees, offer requirements, or commercial arrangements applicable to your vendor listing are set out in that agreement — Williams Connect Plus always confirms these with you directly before your offer goes live to members.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Williams Connect Plus and Williams Property Services Group aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, or from the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, vendors, or partners coordinated through the network. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that can't lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, our services, or applicable law. Where changes are material, we'll take reasonable steps to notify members — for example, via email or a notice on the platform. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
